Our deepest condolences go out to the family of the late Press Undersecretary Jose " Jocap" Capadocia. [ his remains were transferred to the Arlington Memorial Chapel along Araneta Avenue in Quezon City from Malacañang on April 10]
This is especially for his sister, Celia Capadocia -Yangco (Department of Social Welfare and Development Undersecretary).
My mother, Nora Raval Salaysay (Raymundo) regrets that she cannot be physically present with the other PCC'62 batchmates (LBCs) of Ma'am Celia [ my former Chancellor, Dr. Antonietta Fortuna-Ibe, is also part of the PCC'62 batch ) who share
Celia's grief.
At present, my mother is physically infirm.
Again, our deepest condolences.
